So today i took my initial images of the my before weight loss transformation. I have had countless attempts at weight loss and diets in the past and i have always ended up a complete failure… But not this time, this time i’m more determined and motivated as i have ever been.
My Current weight is 147.8lbs. I am not proud of my current weight and how i look…
I love pizza! and the results show…
I decided that from now on i am going to take a picture of everything i eat show i can easily see where i went wrong and i would love to see how much food i eat on a weekly basis when i put all the images of my food together on one image.
Tomorrow is the big day.. so wish me luck! i’m going to need it.
